Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir Returns to Essex
September 24 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
On Sunday afternoon, September 24 at 4PM the Essex Community Church will again host the Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir. This ethnically diverse group of musicians under the leadership of Dr. Dexter Criss has brought this uniquely American musical genre to our North Country since 1991, and to appreciative audiences nationally and internationally. They have performed at the church several times during the past 10 years, always to large enthusiastic and supportive audiences. The Choir offers a truly joyful experience that is both spiritual and entertaining.
Admission is $15 per person. Essex Community Church is in the heart of the Essex historic hamlet at the junction of NYS Route 22 and Main Street and is within a short walk from the Essex – Charlotte, VT ferry landing.
