Newman Center Film Series – Fire Maidens of Outer Space

Continuing its observance of Mystery Science Theater 3000’s 30th anniversary, the Newman Center film series (90 Broad St., Plattsburgh) offers the cheese classic “Fire Maidens of Outer Space,” (in)famous for the line: “Mirror mirror on the wall, who’s the firiest maiden of them all?” See a rare 16mm print projected on the big screen, showtime 7 pm on Saturday, Sept. 8th. Free (including food and soda), with donations welcome.
