HOPE for Ariang Foundation Representative to Speak at Willsboro School

Gabriel Bol Deng, one of the “Lost Boys from Sudan” will be speaking at Willsboro Central School in the auditorium on Monday, December 2nd at 8:30am. His organization HOPE for Ariang Foundation supports education and helps to provide clean drinking water for villages in South Sudan.

Watch the video above to see the workings the organization’s project “Bricks of HOPE,” who it will benefit, and to see Gabriel Bol Deng travelling to across the world spreading the organization’s message. Here is its mission statement:

HOPE for Ariang Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing South Sudanese with inclusive access to education, opportunities, and resources, with a special focus on women and girls – One village at a time. (HOPE)

Support Bricks of HOPE

The assembly on Monday, December 2nd at 8:30am in the auditorium at Willsboro Central School is open to everyone in our community.

The 7th grade student are selling “Bricks of HOPE” to fundraise for Gabriel’s organization. Please contact a 7th grader or Meaghan Freeman (at 963-4456 x294 or email mfreeman@willsborocsd.org) to donate to the cause.
