Special performances for kids start at 6pm followed by bands for grown-ups at 7pm.  \nTuesday\, July 76 PM – The StorycraftersWe welcome the multiple award-winning duo The Storycrafters — Barry Marshall and Jeri Burns\, PhD. Since 1991\, they have shared their unique blend of storytelling\, music\, and cultural traditions with audiences across the U.S.\, Caribbean\, and British Isles. Their energetic performances bring traditional tales\, fairy tales\, original stories\, songs\, and plenty of fun to life for all ages. \n7 PM – Meadowmount School of MusicEnjoy a special performance by talented students from Meadowmount School of Music\, bringing world-class classical music to the Social Center. This part of the concert will be held indoors in our air-conditioned space. \nOur concerts are held in the Social Center courtyard\, weather permitting. The Adirondack Regional Theater\, a beloved regional summer staple throughout the North Country\, is back at the Social Center by popular demand after last year’s enthusiastically received performance. There is no children’s performance\, the play will start at 6pm.  \nThink of us when you want to get out\, meet people and enjoy the arts without breaking the bank. It’s easy to forget how great it is to be part of a “village” – to see old friends and make new ones.  \nWe extend a HUGE thank you to the J.M. McDonald Foundation\, NYSCA\, Essex County Arts Council and the Town of Elizabethtown for their grants\, which make our lawn concerts possible!  \nOur concerts are held outside in our courtyard weather permitting.
