Boquet River Theatre Festival: 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

Boquet River Theatre Festival (BRTF) is proud to announce its 2015 season, which includes a Junior and a Senior Production!

The Senior production is the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, which will be performed on August 7 and 8 at 7:00 pm, and August 9th at 2:00 pm, again all at the Whallonsburgh Grange. This show is comprised of 12 teen actors from our area, including some summer residents. Some of our actors have never performed before, and some have over six years of experience at BRTF! Spelling Bee is a musical comedy depicting a spelling bee and the back stories of the individuals in the bee. It is very humorous, and includes audience participation, but carries a PG rating and may not be suitable for children under 12.

Tickets for all shows are $12.00 for adults, and $8.00 for children and seniors and can be reserved by calling (518) 412-2525 or by emailing Reservations are HIGHLY recommended as many of our shows sell out.
